A multifaceted marketing campaign to create awareness for the opening of The Museum of Flight's new gallery--The Aviation Pavilion. The campaign spanned across billboards, bus, print, web, and mobile advertising. The elements of the ad campaign were then used for swag bags and event signage for the grand opening of the Pavilion.
Conceptually, the ad campaign was inspired by fashion shows, photography, and models. The campaign illustrated the Museum's aircraft as "runway models." Visually it had to be big and bold while being clear and concise. Striking colors and big type were utilized in the designs for a head-turning effect.

A visual narrative about the National Basketball Association in the 1990s.
The book takes influence from the 90s style advertising that was utilized in NBA basketball branding. The visual narrative is told through 3d moving parts, collage, and illustration.
Event branding for the annual beer festival held at the Museum of Flight in Seattle, Washington.
The look and feel was inspired by modern craft beer and loud bold typography translating well for the rock n' roll atmosphere of the event.
The project included posters, event merchandising such as pint glasses and t-shirts, tasting guide publication, and environmental signage.

Album packaging and design for pop band Diners and their record "Three." Formats included 12" LP, compact disk, and cassette. Art direction also included tour merchandise and promotional posters.
Event branding for education fair hosted at The Museum of Flight in Seattle, Washington. Conceptually, the branding aimed to capture the elements of discovery, curiosity, and exploration inherent in STEM (science technology, engineering, and math) education. The look and feel had to be inviting and lively while adhering to the respectability of the Museum's educational mission.

Re-brand for the college-prep program Washington Aerospace Scholars. The brand refresh is bold, impactful, and lively. The new design communicated the collaborative environment and experimental aspects of the program.
The project included a logo redesign, posters, postcards, and stickers. The marketing materials were also translated into multiple languages.
A series of luggage tags sparked by the vintage airline style of the 50s and 60s. The designs were adapted into a 3D display at the Washington State Convention Center.
The idea was then applied to a public engagement project entitled "Paint the Ave to the Pav." The tag designs were converted into large stencils that children and families could use to paint the sidewalk.
